MoLi early days are one of humble beginnings. Established in September 2008, MoLi began offering serviced apartments with a mission to provide high-quality furnished accommodations at a relatively low cost for discerning travelers. Our first apartments in London provided guests accommodations of the same quality as a 5-star hotel room but without its price tag.

Word-of-mouth and referrals from happy clients shed the spotlight on MoLi as a trusted serviced apartment provider and led corporate executives to refer us to their HR and Operation departments. Our competitive prices further tilted the balance in our favor and led corporations to contact us for accommodations for their corporate transferees. Thus, we set off on a new path to develop more customized corporate housing solutions for the international corporate market.

Over the last couple of years, we have expanded our services to major business destinations in other continents while taking every care to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

In the coming year, we are looking forward to working with Developers and Institutional Real Estate investors to manage their real estate assets in metropolitan destinations of high demand for our product. Our targeted areas of growth at present are Birmingham, Reading, Manchester in the UK, and cities across South East Asia such as Singapore, Beijing and New Delhi.
