From MoLi Manhattan Serviced Apartments to everywhere
The easiest, convenient and fastest way across New York City is through the subway. Manhattan has a number of strategically located subway stations that service residents and visitors alike across the Avenues and streets.
Public bus services are also quite regular and cost the same as a subway. A Metro card can be used to pay for the service; transfer from one sub-way line to the other or to a bus within two hours is free. In case you are not opting for a Metro card, it is advisable to keep exact change, as dollar bills might not be accepted.
Cabs/taxis are also easily available and can be hailed as they pass by. It can be difficult to get a cab during rush hours and when it is raining. A lit light on the roof identifies available taxis.
Out and About
While Manhattan is a major business hub holding the headquarters and offices of diverse industries and banking institutions, it also has eclectic entertainment options. The Times Square, also known as the Theatre District, is the hub of all entertainment and is as popular for the dropping of the great ball on New Year as for being the hub of theatre.
Central Park comes alive with soulful music concerts, early morning joggers and screenings, and in winters the joyful laughter of skaters at the ice-rink. With lakes, fountains, tennis courts, ice rinks, theatres, play areas, a Central Park Zoo and a Metropolitan Museum of Art nestled within the 843 acres of lush greenery, this Central Park is an all-year-round, all-traveler destination.
Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue are synonymous with great shopping courtesy the location of exclusive brands and chic boutiques including Gucci, Giorgio Armani, Christian Dior and Chanel Boutique.
Eating and Drinking
Dining out in Manhattan can be an adventure and a relief depending upon your mood and preference. There are numerous restaurants, eateries and beer gardens scattered across Manhattan within easy reach of our serviced apartments.
